Flat Rates
Boston Executive Coach has flat rates for travel to and from Airports.
Wait Time is 10 minutes at customer location. Once the wait period is over, there will be a charge of $5.00 per 5 minute increment.
AIRPORTS: Boston Executive Coach offers a 30 minute wait period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and a 50 minute wait period for international flights at no additional charge. Once the wait period is over, there will be a charge of $5.00 per 5 minute
increment.
Local stops en route are billed at $5.00 per stop and $20.00 per stop in
other towns.
There is a $25.00 US holiday surcharge for service scheduled on New Year’s
Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and Christmas Day.
A cancellation fee that equals the set rate for the trip will be charged for
any cancellation made less than two hours before the scheduled pick up time.
Call for pricing on any travel points not listed in the rate schedule.
A no show fee will equal the proposed trip cost.
There is $35.00 surcharge for SUVs per trip.
There is a $20.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and
4:30am.
All advertised rates are subject to change without notice.
Hourly
Sedan rates for travel in which a point to point rate does not exist will be
billed at $58.00 per hour plus 20% gratuity, 1.5 hours minimum.
All hourly sedan reservations will be billed from the time the sedan leaves
the Boston Executive Coach garage until the time it returns.
A fraction of an hour is rounded to the next 1/4 hour.
